The very first chapter of the New Testament gives us the Family Tree of Jesus and is read at Mass during Advent.  It presents the 42 generations between Abraham and Jesus, naming 42 men, but only 5 women.  Who are these women, and why have they been included?

In this course, we will read the stories of the five women in Matthews Genealogy and reflect on their surprising and courageous lives.

This course would be suitable for Advent but can be held at any time of the year. It is designed to take 4 or 5 weekly sessions, or one day of reflection (e.g.10.30am – 3.30pm)
